I am Ahmed Saeed, a CS graduate student, a techie and an opensource supporter/promoter. My research interests broadly include context awareness, systems research and networking protocol design

I have just moved to Qatar to work on a joint project between Qatar University and Carnegie Mellon University University to work with Prof. Amr Mohamed and Prof. Khaled Harras on Smart Surveillance using AR Drones. I was part of the Cognitive Radio Research Group@E-JUST developing new routing protocols and spectrum vacancy detection algorithms for White Space Networks applications under the supervision of Prof. Moustafa Youssef and Prof. Khaled Harras.
